How We keep your money safe

REDEV’s philosophy is that security and cash flow are the two most important factors in real estate investment. The real estate investment gain program offers unmatched security for its investors. Here’s how they do that:

The REIG program is structured so you become an actual owner of the property.
A party trust company handles all the cash distributions on a quarterly basis.
The limited partnership is registered at the land titles office and you receive a copy of the title after closing.
It’s a tangible asset you can actually visit. Local investors particularly feel a strong pride of ownership.
REDEV appoints a third party property manager who is provincially licensed to look after the property for the investors. As a provincially licensed property manager, they are required to keep all the finances and trusts as well as the funds that are generated by the property. They maintain the property and forward the balance of the cash to a third-party trustee.
Third party firms handle all money. Initial investment goes into a lawyer’s trust account, which pays 4% interest while in trust.Investment companies who manage property themselves have every opportunity to take the money from one project and use it in another. At REDEV each project stands alone.
