ReDev Properties Ltd. is excited to announce the Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank) has renewed their unit lease with us at Castleridege Plaza II, Calgary. Commenced on May 1, 2014, TD Bank has extended their lease for another five years, until April 30, 2019. The bank will remain in its current unit, making up 5,500 square feet in space. With the renewal of this contract, the plaza will continue to be fully occupied. “It&#x27s been such a pleasure to work with TD Bank for the past couple years, we&#x27re glad they&#x27ve decided to stay for several more years,” say president of ReDev Properties Ltd.
